Download Upgrade for V2.0 Users
 

 
 
       
If you experience any problems at all during download or the installation process, do not try to troubleshoot problems on your own, instead contact us immediately:  Send E-mail anytime to support@booktrakker.com or call us at:

Troubleshooting:
If you get an error message when trying to install: "Error reading setup initialization file" then you have an incomplete download. Delete the installation file and download again.

Fill out the Submit Form below and click Continue. BookTrakker will not begin actual Download until you click Start button on the next page.

Before Downloading . . .

Do NOT uninstall V2.0
1. Close BookTrakker.
2. Reboot or restart your computer.
3. Backup your database locally. 
4. Find SendDB on your desktop and doubleclick to upload your data to our server.
5. Email support@booktrakker.com   when the Send DB upload is complete to notify us that your Backup file has been sent and that it is now on our server.
6. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your database and that your files are in order.  Please wait until you hear from us to begin installation.
